Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
- All original parts, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup products cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@michaelan.com to request a return.
- Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions and, in most cases, a prepaid return label.
- Prepare your package by securely packing the item and attaching the return label.
- Drop the package off at the designated courier location.
Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

- The return is incomplete or missing items.
- The product is not in its original condition.
- The quantity does not match the original order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
